Study of Suturing Part of Pharyngopalatine Arch Mucosa After Tonsillectomy

目的探索全麻下扁桃体手术缝合临床经验以及扁桃体周边黏膜缝合手术的可靠性、安全性。方法对106例扁桃体手术患者,通过全麻插管下行扁桃体剥离术及周边黏膜并缝合手术。结果本组106例患者均行扁桃体手术,手术完毕立即血止,所有患者痰中无出血,术后无一例出血。术后随访,患者咽部不适、咽干、异物感均完全消失。结论扁桃体切除术缝合部分咽腭弓黏膜的方法有手术创面及全身情况恢复较快的特点,手术方法止血迅速,操作简单,安全可靠。

Objective To study the clinical experience of the tonsillectomy plus suture after general anesthesia and reliability and safety of suturing part of pharyngopalatine arch mucosa. Methods 106 patients which need tonsillectomy were chosen to operate with suturing part ofpharyngopalatine arch mucosa after tonsillectomy. Results All the patients were stanched at once after surgery. No bleeding in phlegm or after surgery case happened. The discomfort, dry throat and abnormal sensation of throat were all vanished in follow-up visits. Conclusion The way of suturing part of pharyngopalatine arch mucosa after tonsillectomy has advantage like surgical wounds get well soon, stop bleeding fast, simple and safety.
