中医外科消法运用于嵌顿痔围手术期治疗的临床观察

The Use of Chinese Consumer Law in Surgical Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Incarcerated Hemorrhoids During Peri Operation Period

目的观察中医外科消法治疗嵌顿痔的临床疗效,探讨嵌顿痔围手术期中医治疗标准。方法将110例嵌顿痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组围手术期采用中医消法治疗,对照组采用急诊手术方案,对比观察两组治疗效果、术后恢复及并发症发生情况。结果两组总有效率无明显差异,显效率、术后并发症发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论嵌顿痔围手术期运用中医消法疗效确切,可减少手术损伤,有利于术后肛门功能恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the elimination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine surgery method on incarcerated hemorrhoids, and to discuss the Chinese medicine standard during perioperative period of incarcerated hemorrhoids. Methods Randomly divide 110 cases of incarcerated hemorrhoids patients into treatment group and control group, with the former one adopting elimination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine during perioperative period and the latter one adopting emergency operation scheme. Then the effect of treatment, recovery and complications of the two groups are observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference between the efficiency of the two groups, while the gap of marked improvement rate and postoperative morbidity are statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of elimination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine surgery method during perioperative period of incarcerated hemorrhoids has a definite therapeutic effect, which can decrease the surgical injury and is beneficial to the recovery of postoperative anal function.
