益气养阴汤对2型糖尿病的治疗效果观察

To Observe the Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究益气养阴汤治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将2型糖尿病患者82例分为两组,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组采用益气养阴汤联合西药治疗。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05),空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病采用益气养阴汤治疗可有效降低患者血压。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 82 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into two groups, the control group treated by western medicine, the treatment group by Yiqi Yangyin decoction combined with western medicine treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）, fasting blood glucose （FBG） and postprandial 2H blood glucose （2 hPBG） levels were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Type 2 diabetes mellitus with Yiqi Yangyin decoction treatment can effectively reduce blood pressure of patients.
