甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合强力定眩片治疗眩晕症的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Betahistine Mesilate Tablets Combined Qiangli Dingxuan Tablets in the Treatment of Vertigo

目的探究甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合强力定眩片治疗眩晕症的临床效果，方法选取我院2012年9月～2015年3月门诊以及住院部106例眩晕症患者作为本次研究对象，采取随机数字表法将所有患者分成治疗组（53例）与对照组（53例），对照组患者采取西比灵（盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊）治疗，治疗组采取敏使朗（甲磺酸倍他司汀片）联合强力定眩片治疗．观察对比两纽患者临床治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗后临床效果对比，治疗组总有效率为98．11％，对照组为83．02％，治疗组总有效率高于对照组，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗后对照组患者出现2倒不良反应，1例厌食，1例呕吐，总不良反应率为3．77％，治疗组患者出现1例失眠，总不良反应率为1.89％，两组不良反应相近。差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论强力定眩片联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗眩晕症临床效果显著，可明显改善患者临床症状。促进患者更快恢复，且不良反应少，安全可行。

Objective explore the sensitivity in the joint strength anti-dazzle patches of clinical effect for the treatment of vertigo. Methods 106 patients with vertigo as the research object from September 2012 to March 2015, take a random number table method to all of the patients were divided into treatment group （53 cases） and control group （53 cases） and control group patients take west than spirit （ flunarizine hydrochloride capsules） treatment, the treatment group take min in the （Betahistine Mesilate Tablets） with powerful computer patches of therapy, observation compared with two groups of patients with clinical effect and adverse reactions. Results Two groups after treatment in patients with clinical effect contrast, treatment group total effective rate was 98.11%, control group was 83.02%, total effective treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group, P〈0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Control group patients after treatment of 2 cases of adverse reaction, 1 case of anorexia, 1 case of vomiting, total adverse reaction rate was 3.77%, 1 case of insomnia treatment group patients, total adverse reaction rate was 1.89%, two groups of adverse reactions, there was no statistically significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Powerful anti-dazzle patches of joint sensitivity in the treatment of vertigo clinical effect is remarkable, can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, promote patients recover faster, and less adverse reaction, safe and feasible, has high clinical application and popularization value.
