关于腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理要点探究

To Explore the Operation Room Nursing Points About Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Resection

目的探析腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的手术室护理要点。方法选取我院收治的70例接受腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组常规护理,观察组给予针对性手术室护理,比较护理效果。结果观察组肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性手术室护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者中应用效果良好。

Objective Operation room nursing points of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods 70 patients received radical operation in the treatment of laparoscopic colorectal cancer patients were chosen as the research object in our hospital, then they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given routine care, the observation group was given according to the comparison of operation room nursing, nursing effect. Results In the observation group, the intestinal recovery time, hospitalization time were lower than the control group, the incidence of complications was lower than the control group, there were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Targeted operation room nursing in laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery in patients with good.
