摘要
目的对临床路径在膀胱癌护理中的应用效果进行探究。方法选取我院收治的68例膀胱癌患者,将患者分成两组,采用不同护理方法,并对护理效果进行对比。结果术后观察组患者的并发症发生率、住院时间、费用、患者的满意度等指标与对照组进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将临床路径应用到膀胱癌护理中,相较于常规护理取得了更为满意的效果。
Objective The clinical path application results in bladder cancer nursing to explore. Methods 68 cases of bladder cancer patients were divided into two groups in our hospital, using different methods of care and treatment effect for comparison. Results The patients were observed in the probability of the occurrence of complications, length of stay, cost, patient satisfaction and other indicators were compared with the control group, a significant difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical pathway was applied to bladder cancer care, and the results were satisfactory.
