临床护理路径在慢性肾小球肾炎患者健康教育中的应用效果分析

Clinical Nursing Path in the Analysis of Application Effect of Health Education for Patients With Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的探究临床护理路径在慢性肾小球肾炎患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取我院2011年10月～2014年10月收治80例慢性肾小球肾炎（CGN）患者，按照住院时间的先后进行排序，使用随机分组的方式，分成观察组40例，对照组40例，对照组给予常规护理健康教育。观察组使用临床护理健康教育，并比较两组的护理效果。结果通过对比分析，观察组对CGN知识的掌握程度较好，住院天数减少，对护理质量满意程度较高，医疗费用低（P〈0．05）。结论临床护理在CGN患者健康教育中，有效提升患者对护理质量的满意程度，减少了患者住院天数，降低医疗费用支出，并且改善了患者的生活质量，在临床工作中有一定的应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing pathway in the application of health education for patients with chronic glomemlonephritis. Methods 80 cases Of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis （CGN） from October 2011 to October 2014, has been sorted according to the length of hospital stay, using randomized way, 40 patients were divided into observation group and control group 40 cases, control group given conventional nursing health education. Observation group using clinical nursing health education, and compare the effect of nursing care in the two groups. Results Through the comparative analysis, observation group the CGN the master degree of knowledge, hospitalization days, higher satisfaction with quality of care, medical treatment charge lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing health education in patients with CGN, effectively improve patient＇s satisfaction with the quality of nursing, reduce the patients＇ hospitalization days and reduce the medical cost, and improve the patient＇s quality of life, has the certain application value in the clinical work.
