急诊观察室老年卧床患者排痰护理分析

Analysis of Nursing Care of Elderly Patients in Emergency Observation Room

目的探究急诊观察室应对老年卧床患者采取的排痰护理措施和效果。方法选取2013年10月～2015年1月收治的71例急诊观察室的老年卧床患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组42例患者在常规护理同时给予排痰的综合护理，对照组29例患者给予常规护理。观察患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者护理满意度为95．24％，并发症发生率为4．8％；对照组护理满意度为79．31％．并发症的发生率为17．2％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对急诊观察室老年卧床患者采取综合的排痰护理，能够缓解病痛，减少肺炎等并发症的出现，提高身体的舒适度和护理质量。

Objective To explore the emergency department to deal with elderly bedridden patients to take the sputum care measures and effects.Methods 71 elderly bedridden patients of emergency observation room for care in October 2013 - January 2015, randomized, experimental group of 42 patients in the usual care while giving comprehensive care expectoration in the control group of 29 patients received routine care, observation and nursing outcomes. Results The experimental group patient care satisfaction 95.24% complication rate was 4.8% in the control group was 79.31% satisfaction with care, complication rate was 17.2%, a larger difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The emergency observation room elderly bedridden patients to take an integrated expectoration care can ease the pain, reduce complications such as pneumonia, improve comfort and quality of care of the body.
