摘要
目的总结围术期综合护理对行会阴侧切术产妇的影响。方法85例实施会阴侧切术治疗的产妇住院期间实施一系列围术期综合护理。结果 85患者实施护理后,Ⅰ期伤口愈合100.0%,Ⅱ期伤口愈合0.0%,疼痛时间(2.6±0.7)d,住院时间(3.5±0.6)d,无严重并发症。结论为会阴侧切术产妇实施围手术期综合护理干预,有利于会阴切口早日愈合,提高产妇的生活质量。
Objective To summarize the effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing of perineal side incision maternal. Methods 85 cases of maternal hospitalization during the implementation of a series of perioperative comprehensive nursing care. Results 85 patients after the implementation of care, I wound healing 100%, Ⅱ wounds healed 0.0%, the pain was （2.6±0.7） d, the length of stay （3.5±0.6） d, no serious complications. Conclusion The peri operation nursing intervention for thematernal perioperative nursing intervention is conducive to the early healing of the perineal incision, improving the quality of life of the maternal.
