摘要
针对聚氨酯材料的阻燃问题,以可膨胀石墨作为阻燃剂,改善硬质聚氨酯泡沫的性能。考察可膨胀石墨的p H对聚氨酯泡沫制备的影响,分别制备不同可膨胀石墨质量分数的复合材料,对复合材料阻燃性能和力学性能进行实验分析。结果显示:碱性的可膨胀石墨有利于聚氨酯的发泡。当聚氨酯中添加可膨胀石墨(EG)后,其压缩强度有所降低,当EG质量分数达到15%时,复合材料的阻燃性能得到显著提高,且聚氨酯泡孔结构较为完整,在提高阻燃性能的同时,最大限度保留了其力学性能。
This paper is motivated by a study addressing the flame retardance of polyurethane. The study involves improving the flame retardant behavior of rigid polyurethane foam using EG as a novel flame retardant agent; preparing the various contents of EG / RPF composite and investigating the influences of EG p H on composite; and analyzing the flame retardant and mechanical properties of EG / RPF composite. The study suggests that alkaline EG promotes the rigid polyurethane foam formation; addition of EG to polyurethane is followed by a somewhat decrease in the compression strength; and the presence of 15% percent EG produces a significant improvement in the flame retardant properties of the composite,provides the perfect pore structure of polyurethane foam and ensures maximum retention of the mechanical properties,along with an improvement in flame retardant properties of RPF.
