中药涂擦联合TDP治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Chinese Medicine Inunction Combined with TDP Therapy on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察中药涂擦联合特定电磁波谱(TDP)治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法 :将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组在常规治疗基础上予甲钴胺片500μg口服,每次1片,日3次,4周为1疗程;观察组在对照组的基础上采用中药涂擦联合TDP治疗,日1次,4周为1疗程。比较两组临床疗效及多伦多评分系统(TCSS)评分变化。结果:总有效率观察组92.5%,对照组72.5%,两组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者TCSS评分较治疗前均有下降,观察组下降程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药涂擦联合TDP治疗糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的临床效果。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine inunction combined with TDP therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods：Eighty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Each group had 40 cases. The control group,on basis of conventional treatment,was given oral Mecobalamin tablets 500 μg,one tablet each time,three times a day. The observation group,on the basis of the control group,applied traditional Chinese medicine inunction combined TDP therapy,once a day. Both the two groups took 4 weeks as a course. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5% and the control group was 72.5%. The clinical curative effect and the changes of scores of the two groups were compared. The difference was sta tistically significant（P〈0.01）. Compared with that before treatment,the scores of TCSS of the two groups decreased,but the decrease of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Chinese medicine inunction combined with TDP therapy had better clinical effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
