摘要
三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯是一种优良的润滑油基础油,具有突出的生物降解性能,可用于替代矿物润滑剂。以三羟甲基丙烷和油酸为原料,在固体酸的催化下合成三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯。采用FTIR和XRD对Ti/Zr固体酸催化剂结构进行表征,通过酯化反应评价其催化性能,结果表明Ti O2/Zr O2配比为1∶1的固体酸表现出较好的催化性能。研究合成三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯的最佳反应条件。结果表明,在温度为180℃、酸醇摩尔比为4.2∶1、反应时间为6 h,催化剂用量为0.5%时,反应的转化率达到99.6%,三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯的收率达到96.9%。
Trimethylolpropane tri-ester is an excellent lubrication base oil, which has outstanding bio-degrade perform- ance, and can be used to substitue mineral lubricant.With trimethylolpropane and oil acid as the original materials,Ti/Zr solid acid as a catalyst in the tranesterification reaction, trimethylolpropane tri-ester was prepared.The structure of Ti/Zr solid acids was characterized by FTIR, XRD and the catalysis performance was evaluated through esterification reactions, which showed that the solid acid with TiO2/ZrO2 ratio of 1:1 had a better catalytic performance.The best reaction condi- tions of the trimethylolpropane tri-esters were studied.The results show under the condition of temperature of 180 ℃, OA and TMP moral ratio of 4. 2 : 1 ,reaction time of 6 h and catalyst loading of 0. 5% ,the trimethylolpropane conversion rate is reached 99.6% and triesters yield rate is reached 96.9%.
