摘要
在新产品开发中引入IPD(Integrated Product Development)管理模式,对于提高企业新产品开发的成功率和项目绩效有重要作用。在分析IPD的发展与应用现状的基础上,通过文献研究,对实施IPD管理模式影响因素进行梳理和初步分析,设计并发放影响IPD实施关键因素的调查问卷收集数据,运用因子分析方法找出实施IPD的关键因素,并根据这些关键因素初步探讨在实际中如何应用IPD管理模式来指导新产品开发。
Implementing IPD ( Integrated Product Development) management in new product development plays an impor- tant role in improving the success rate of new product development and project performance. On the basis of analyzing the development and application of IPD, influencing factors of implementing IPD are sorted out and analyzed preliminarily by reading relative literatures. Next, a questionnaire of key factors influencing IPD implementing is designed and issued to col- lect data, using factor analysis to find out critical factors of implementing IPD. Finally, how to apply IPD to guide new product development in practice is discussed on the basis of these critical factors.
