摘要
基于前期研究成果和关于运营链的理论创新,从价值链和运营链的新视角深入分析国外矿产资源综合利用实践以及我国矿产资源利用现状,最终提出基于价值链和运营链的矿产资源高效综合利用模式——价值链和运营链耦合模式及其实际应用推广方案;同时探讨新的矿产资源综合利用模式在实际应用中所存在的相关问题以及有效实施的前提条件。
The article is based on the primary achievements of the research and the theoretical innovation of operation - management - chain. From the new perspectives of value - chain and operation - management - chain, the article analyzes oversea practices of sustainable use of mineral resources and the current situation of mineral resources utilization in China and the efficient sustainable use modes of mineral resources ＂the mode of coupled value - chain and operation - manage- ment - chain＂ is put forward ultimately. Furthermore, the article proposes the application and implementation framework of the new mode. Meanwhile, some other problems related to the application and the preconditions of effective implementation of the new mode are also discussed.
