摘要
知识溢出影响着环保产业集群创新战略的定位与绩效,因此理清环保产业集群知识溢出的作用机制将有利于集群创新绩效的提升。通过构建环保产业集群创新绩效与知识溢出等几组变量作用关系的概念模型,并以宜兴环科园企业为问卷调查对象对模型进行检验,实证结果发现,在环保产业集群内,知识溢出对环保产业集群创新绩效具有直接影响,知识系统化能力在知识溢出影响创新绩效过程中起调节作用,而创新环境和企业网络结构则起中介作用。
Knowledge spillover affects the orientation and performance of innovation strategy in environmental protection in- dustry clusters, therefore it is beneficial for the improvement of innovation performance to clarify the mechanism of spillover effect in environmental protection industry clusters. This research constructs a conceptual model about the effect relationship between the innovation performance of the environmental protection industry cluster and any of several groups of variables such as knowledge spillover, and verifies the model by the questionnaire surveys from the enterprises within the Yixing envi- ronmental protection industry cluster. From the empirical results, it is found that, in the environmental protection industry clusters, knowledge spiliover has a direct influence on the innovation performance of environmental protection industry clus- ters ; knowledge systematization capability plays a regulating role where knowledge spillover exerts its influence on the inno- vation performance; and the innovation environment and enterprise network structure play the role of medium.
