A Review about Western Technology Capital Theory Development

摘要从技术资本的相关概念、生成机制、财务运营以及贡献4个方面对已有的技术资本经典文献进行系统评述,并尝试构建技术资本的整合研究框架。最后,基于现有研究存在的不足,对未来研究方向作展望,为进一步的理论探索提供参考。 This paper systematically reviews existing ctassical technology capital hteratures from four aspects such as relat- ed technology capital concepts, generating mechanism, financial operation and its contributions, then trying to build an in- tegrated research framework on technology capital. Finally, on the basis of existing research shortcomings, it predicts future research direction and provides a reference to further theoretical exploration.
