登封市某水泥厂职业危害因素现状评价

Evaluation on present situation of occupational hazard factors in a cement plant of Dengfeng City

目的了解郑州登封市水泥厂职业危害因素现状和职业防护措施情况,为监督管理提供依据。方法按照GBZ 159-2004的采样要求进行采样;按照国家有关规定于2013年对粉尘、噪声、毒物、工频和高温进行检测。结果制成车间老线水泥磨巡视工接触的总尘、包装车间整装工接触的呼吸性粉尘8 h时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)分别为7.7、3.5 mg/m3;烧成、制成和包装车间多处工作岗位空气中粉尘超限倍数超标。破碎工、配料巡视工、磨机巡视工、回转窑巡视工、窑冷却巡视工、水泥磨巡视工接触噪声的8 h等效声级超标;烧成车间的巡窑工湿球黑球温度(WBGT)指数为33.1℃,为高温作业。结论该水泥厂整体防护设施不到位,部分岗位粉尘浓度严重超标,须采取预防控制措施。

[Objective]To understand the present situation of occupational hazard factors and occupational protection measures in a cement plant of Dengfeng City,provide the basis for the supervision and management. [Methods]The sampling was performed according to the requirements of GBZ 159-2004. The concentration/intensity of dust,noise,toxic,power frequency and high temperature were detected according to relevant national standards. [Results]The 8-hour time weighted average concentration（CTWA）of dust among inspection workers of old cement mill in make workshop and 8-hour CTWAof respirable dust among finishing workers in packaging workshop was 7.7 mg/m3 and 3.5 mg/m3 respectively. The excursion limits of air dust in some posts of burn workshop,make workshop and packaging workshop exceeded the standards. The 8-hour equivalent sound levels of noise among breakers,ingredients inspection workers,cement mill inspection workers,rotary kiln inspection workers,kiln cooling inspection workers and cement mill inspection workers were higher than the limits. The wet bulb globe temperature（WBGT） of kiln inspection workers in make workshop was 33.1 ℃,which belonged to the high temperature operation.[Conclusion]The protection facilities are not satisfactory,and the dust concentrations in some posts exceed the standard seriously,so the prevention and control measures should be strengthened.
