北京市顺义区高中生性行为及艾滋病知识态度现状

Sexual behavior and AIDS knowledge and attitude among high school students in Shunyi District of Beijing CIty

目的通过了解北京市顺义区高中生性相关行为及对艾滋病(AIDS)的知识态度的现况,为制定教育策略和干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用"北京市青少年健康相关行为调查问卷",对分层整群随机抽取的顺义区5所学校878名学生进行问卷调查。结果 17.4%的高中生看过色情书籍和音像制品;32.8%有特殊意义的异性朋友;37.0%有边缘性行为;2.4%曾经发生过性行为,男生(4.8%)高于女生(0.6%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.971,P<0.05);在发生过性行为的调查对象中,28.6%的学生曾被迫发生过性行为。73.9%的高中生接受过有关AIDS知识的教育,70.8%知道AIDS病原体是病毒,34.7%对AIDS感染者持正确的态度。结论对高中生进行科学、适宜的性行为和AIDS预防教育非常必要,要针对不同的人群采取相应的干预措施。

[Objective]To understand the status of sexual behavior and AIDS knowledge and attitude among high school students in Shunyi District of Beijing City, and provide scientific evidence for developing educational strategies and interventions.[Methods]＂Questionnaire on health-related behavior of adolescents in Beijing City＂survey was conducted on 878 high school students by using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method in 5 schools of Shunyi District. [Results]17.4% students reported that they had experience of watching pornographic books and audio-visual products. 32.8% students had special heterosexual friends. 37.0% students had marginal sex behaviors. 2.4% students had sex behavior. In details,prevalence of sex behaviors among male（4.8%） was higher than female（0.6%）. The difference was significant（χ2=15.971,P 〈0.05）. Of investigated objects with sex behavior,28.6% were forced to have sexual intercourse. 79.3% students had accepted education of AIDS knowledge.70.8% knew AIDS pathogen is virus. 34.7% students had correct attitude to AIDS patient. [Conclusion]It is essential to provide scientific and appropriate education on sexual behavior and AIDS prevention to high school students,to take specific solutions on particular groups.
