分子信标技术在人类传染病检测中的应用

Application of molecular beacon technique in the detection of human infectious diseases

摘要 分子信标是一种基于荧光共振能量转移原理设计的一种新型核酸荧光探针,因其检测具有高灵敏、高特异性,并且可用于活体的实时检测,因而被广泛的应用于生化分析、生物医学等很多领域。随着分子生物学技术的发展和新型分子信标的不断出现,分子信标的应用将会越来越广泛,该文就分子信标技术的原理及其在传染病中的应用作一综述。 The molecular beacon is a new nucleic acid fluorescence probe which is designed on the principle of fluorescence resonance energy transfer. This technique can be used in the real-time detection of living body with higher sensitivity and specificity,so it is widely applied in many fields,such as biochemical analysis and biological medicine. With the development of molecular biology technology and the appearance of new molecular beacon,the molecular beacon will be applied more and more extensively. This paper summarizes the principle of molecular beacon technique and its application in infectious diseases.
