资源转化是创造资源价值、积累社会资本的过程。高等学校资源转化是大学与社会、市场之间联系的核心。破解我国高校资源结构性短缺问题,应走出资源路径依赖,通过优势嫁接、资源集聚、结构优化、资源孵化、衍生内化等多种路径,形成优势特色资源延伸机制,建立多主体合作的资源战略支持系统,提升和转化核心资源要素,实现资源的内生性转化。

University resource transformation is the process of value creation and accumulation of social capital. The transformation of resources in higher education institutions is the core of links between education,society and marketing. To solve the problems in the structural shortage of resources, Chinese universities should be out of the path of resource dependence through grafting superiority, gathering resources, structure optimization,incubation resources and derivative internalized multiple paths, to form the characteristic resource superiority extension mechanism, establish the multi-agent cooperative resources support system, upgrade or transform the core resources elements for the inner resource transformal, and then realize.
