摘要
在我国构建终身教育体系和人才成长立交桥的探索中,学习成果认证制度建设至关重要。世界发达国家和地区近年来开展学习成果认证的政策、措施和经验,为探求适合我国国情的制度形式提供了借鉴和参考。自学考试作为我国本土化、对于公民个人自学高等教育课程给予成果检验和权威认定的制度,经过30多年的改革实践确立了良好的制度基础、积累了经验。在新的形势下,以自学考试制度创新为基础探索我国学习成果认证制度,可从政策法规、认证标准、规则和技术、平台与机构等四大方面推进改革。
To build the lifelong education system and overpass bridge of talents development, the accreditation to learning outcomes is a crucial part. The experience in relevant policies and practices from developed countries and areas in recent decades, provides a reference to build the accreditation system in China.As a local system to assess the independent learning achievements to Chinese adult learners, the Self-taught Examinations has a sound basis and over 30 years of experience. In the new era, the exploration of the Chinese accreditation system on the basis of system innovation to the Self-taught exams, could be put forward by four issues including the policy and regulations, standards, methods and techniques, as well as the platform and personnel.
