地方师范大学“卓越教师”的培养路径分析——以西华师范大学“园丁计划”为例 被引量:20

摘要 世界教师教育改革逐渐呈现出卓越取向,卓越教师培养已成为当前我国教师教育改革的必然趋势。西华师范大学自2010年起实施"优秀园丁教育培养计划",创新教师教育培养模式,优化教师职前培养路径。研究发现:良好的专业态度是卓越教师专业发展的内在动力;实践导向的课程体系是卓越教师专业发展的重要载体;反思性实践模式是卓越教师专业实践能力提升的有效路径;大学与中小学的共生伙伴关系是卓越教师专业发展的支撑平台。 The reform of world teacher education shows the outstanding trend, and the training of outstanding teachers is also an inevitable trend of teacher education reform in current China. China West Normal University started to carry out the "Excellent Gardener Education Training Plan" to reform the teacher education pattern and optimize the teachers' pre-service training routes in 2010. Research indicates that good professional attitude is the intrinsic motivation of outstanding teacher professional development,practice-oriented curriculum system is the important carrier of outstanding teachers' professional development, reflective practice pattern is the effective routes to promote the outstanding teachers' professional practical ability, and symbiosis relationship between university and school is the supporting platform of outstanding teachers' professional development.
