王氏疏肝消囊汤治疗肝囊肿临床随机对照研究

Randomized controlled clinical research of Wang's liver-discharging and cyst-removing prescription in the treatment of hepatic cyst

[目的]观察王氏疏肝消囊汤治疗肝囊肿临床疗效。[方法]将66例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各33例,分别给予王氏疏肝消囊汤和对症西药治疗,疗程8周,随访6个月,观察肝囊肿直径和症状评分。[结果]治疗组完成32例,肝囊肿缩小28例,症状改善28例,总有效率87.50%。对照组完成31例,症状改善5例,总有效率16.13%。随访治疗组肝囊肿增大2例,对照组9例。两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]王氏疏肝消囊汤可缩小肝囊肿,改善症状,抑制囊肿生长,效果优于西药对症治疗。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Wang’s liver-discharging and cyst-removing prescription in treating hepatic cyst.[Methods]Sixty-six cases of hepatic cyst were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases in each.The Wang’s liver-discharging and cyst-removing prescription was applied in the treatment group.The control group was treated by symptomatic western medicine.The course of treatment was 8weeks,follow-up time was 6months.The diameter of hepatic cyst and symptom score were observed.[Results]32cases in the treatment group completed treatment,in which 28 showed reduced hepatic cyst,symptoms of 28 cases were improved.Total effective rate was 87.50%.While31 cases in the control group completed the treatment,symptoms improved in 5cases,total efficiency was16.13%.In the follow-up 2cases in the treatment group showed increased hepatic cyst and 9cases in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The Wang’s liver-discharging and cyst-removing prescription could alleviate the symptom,decrease hepatic cyst and inhibit cyst growth.The effect of the prescription was better than the western medicine.
