“通调气血,寒热并用”法结合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

Clinical Study of ulcerative colitis treated with the therapy of regulating qi and blood,treating with cold and heat combined with western medicine

[目的]观察＂通调气血,寒热并用＂法结合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。[方法]将本院肛肠科2012年1月~2014年1月诊治的120例UC患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。2组患者均给予西医常规药物治疗,治疗组加用中药治疗,治疗3个月后比较2组临床疗效。[结果]治疗组完全缓解31例,有效25例,无效4例,总有效率93.3%。对照组完全缓解9例,有效35例,无效16例,总有效率73.3%。2组总有效率比较,治疗组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（χ2=11.147,P〈0.05）。[结论]中西医结合治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of ulcerative colitis treated with the therapy of regulating qi and blood,treating with cold and heat combined with western medicine.[Methods]120patients of ulcerative colitis treated from January,2012 to January,2014 were divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases for each group.All the patients were given conventional western medicine treatment,while the patients in the treatment group took TCM at the same time.Clinical effects were compared after 3months.[Results]The treatment group showed 31 cases of complete remission,25 effective cases,4ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 93.3%.The control group showed 9cases of complete remission,35 effective cases,16 ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 73.3%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=11.147,P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]TCM combined with western medicine has exact curative effect in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
