摘要
随着大模数齿轮齿条结构在大型重载机械设备的广泛应用,面对设备的正常运转、维修计划的合理安排以及通航船只和人员的安全保障等要求,如何正确对齿条进行可靠性寿命预测越来越受到重视。因此,论文从对国内外寿命预测的研究现状出发,将不同寿命预测技术和方法进行了分类,总结了各自仍然存在的不足,指出了大模数、小批量和低速重载的齿条早期寿命预测研究中,基于数学模型与实测数据相结合的寿命预测方法是最准确和有效的方法。
While the big modulus gear rack is widely used in large and overload equipment, for the requirements of the normal operation,reasonable arrangements of maintenance plan and the security of vessels and persons, it takes more and more attentions about how to correctly predict the reliability life of the racks. Therefore, based on the researches of life prediction at home and abroad, different life prediction tech-niques and methods are classified, and the lack of their presence is summed up. And in an early life prediction of big modulus, small quantities and low-speed overloaded, the life prediction based on the combination of the measured data and mathematical model is the most accurate and effective way.
