摘要
以TRIZ理论为基础,对现有的轴承弹性挡圈拆装工具——弹性挡圈钳进行系统分析,针对其存在的技术冲突和物理冲突问题,运用矛盾矩阵表等TRIZ工具指导设计方案。基于平稳、安全、省力、便宜的设计原则,从防止弹性挡圈弹蹦伤人、减轻拆装用力、便于移位三个方向进行改进创新。介绍了基于Y型支架和螺纹传动机构的轴承弹性挡圈拆装工具。
Based on the theory of TRIZ, the existing elastic ring disassembling tools-elastic ring clamp system analysis, aiming at the existing technology of the conflicts and physical problems, using the contradiction matrix of TRIZ tools to guide the design table, etc. Based on a smooth, safety, energy saving, the design principle of cheap, from preventing elastic ring jump cuts, lighten the tear open outfit, easy to forcibly displaced three directions to improve innovation. Based on Y type bracket and screw transmission mechanism is introduced by disassembling tool.
