摘要
轴承座作为风力发电机组中不可或缺的配件,由于长时间处于交变荷载或冲击荷载的作用下,对于其动态性能和振动问题的分析也显得十分重要。利用传统解析法对问题进行求解,求解过程较为复杂,计算量大。论文借助于ANSYS软件强大的模态分析功能,基于有限元思想,对轴承座进行模态分析,主要校查轴承座的极限强度分析和疲劳寿命分析,查看极限工况下的主轴承座的强度是否满足设计要求,以此来指导结构的优化设计。
The bearing house as an integral part of wind turbine components due to a long time in the alternating load or impact load, it is very important to analyze the dynamic performance and vibration problems. To solve the problem by using the traditional analytic method,the solving process is complex, large amount of calculation. Based on the modal analysis function of ANSYS software, based on the finite ele-ment method, modal analysis of bearing, analysis of ultimate strength and fatigue life of check bearing, The main view under the limit condi-tion of bearing seat is the strength to meet the design requirements, in order to optimize the design of guiding structure
