摘要
随着核电厂运行时间的增长,消防水系统管道法兰因橡胶垫片老化问题,多次出现漏水缺陷,严重威胁消防管网所覆盖区域工艺系统的安全运行。针对橡胶垫片老化降级问题,垫片设计改进中综合考虑垫片密封可靠性、耐腐蚀性、使用寿命及安装方便性等因素,选用膨体聚四氟乙烯覆盖层波形金属垫片替代原有的橡胶垫片。厂家试验以及现场应用情况表明该类垫片性能稳定,满足消防水系统设计要求。通过采用膨体聚四氟乙烯覆盖层波形金属垫片,消除了消防管网法兰密封渗漏的缺陷隐患,为保持消防水系统的完整性和安全稳定运行提供了可靠保障。
As the running time of the nuclear power plant passes, the piping flange in Fire Protection System has experienced leak deficiency for many times due to rubber gasket aging, which is challenging the safety operation of associated process system vigorously. In order to solve the aging degradation of rubber gasket, various factors were taken into account including sealing reliability, anticorrosion characteristic, service life and convenience of installation during design modification for gasket, and the original rubber gasket was upgraded to expanded PTFE Corrugated Metal Gasket. The new gasket shows stable and reliable performance during manufacturer test and on-line operating practice,which meets the Fire Protection System design requirements. The application of expanded PTFE Corrugated Metal Gasket can eliminate the potential risk of leak in piping flange sealing connection and guarantee the integrity and safe reliable operation of Fire Protection System.
