基于ZJ传感器扭矩转速测试系统的研究

摘要 论文设计研制了一种以MAX992为信号过零检测模块,MSP430F149为主控芯片,采用RS-485和modbus协议进行数据采集,并且上位机用Lab VIEW编程实现了对数据的读取、处理和显示功能的扭矩转速测试系统。系统设计紧凑,体积尺寸小,方便连接和安装。该系统主要由数据采集模块和上位机数据接收显示模块两部分组成。论文重点介绍对采集模块中各个部分进行芯片选型并且设计硬件电路。同时对采集模块中主控芯片和上位机软件部分进行介绍。在实验平台上对整个系统进行实验,验证系统工作正常,达到设计要求和目的。 A torque testing system has been designed in this paper, this design has been developed with MAX992 Zero-crossing detection signal module, MSP430F149 as the main chip, using RS-485 and MODBUS protocol collect data and PC display interface using Lab VIEW.Complete reading of the data processing and display System design is compact, small volume size, easy connected and installed. The system is consisted of two parts, the data acquisition module and PC data display module. This paper focuses on the acquisition module of each part of the selection and design of hardware circuit chip and the collection module master chip and PC software. In the experimental system experi-mental platform, the system is working properly verified to meet the design requirements and purposes.
