摘要
针对固定式大型拖动台难以适应飞机发电机测试的移动性要求,论文设计开发了基于直流拖动技术的可移动式飞机发电机拖动台,通过采用直流调速器及其控制电路实现了对拖动台的主要器件工作状况的监控与报警。验证性试验表明,该装置对测试环境的电磁干扰小,工作稳定性和精度高。
In order to solve the problem that the large-scale station was not applicable for aircraft electromotor testing, a movable station based on DC drive technology was designed and developed. The state of the device in the station could be monitored and alarmed by using DC motor speed governor and control circuit. The experiment results indicated that the station had high stability and accuracy, and also it had little electromagnetic interference on the testing environment.
