永磁同步电机多点温度监测系统的设计

摘要 永磁同步电机在低速轻载下运行时,受铜耗、铁耗和杂散损耗的影响其内部温升十分明显,温度上升对电机内部参数变化的影响较大。论文设计电机低速多点温度监测系统,可有效地监测电机外部各部分温度的变化,了解电机内部的散热情况,提高了电机温度的检测准确性和效率,对永磁同步电机结构和材料提供温度数据参考。 Permanent magnet synchronous motor running(PMSM)at low speeds under light loads, the subject of copper consumption, the effect of iron loss and stray loss of its internal temperature is very clear, the temperature rose a greater impact on the motor internal parameters change. This design low speed multi-point temperature monitoring system, which can effectively monitor the various parts of the external motor temperature, heat dissipation inside the motor to understand and improve the detection accuracy and efficiency of the motor tempera-ture, permanent magnet synchronous motor structure and materials to provide temperature data reference.
