摘要
龙门机床横梁是机床的重要组成部分之一,横梁上的导轨与横梁一般均采用一体化铸造成型。横梁的变形对横梁导轨的精度有较大影响。不同的横梁筋板布局形式影响横梁的变形也不尽相同,设计过程中合理布置横梁筋板能够很好的减小横梁的挠曲变形,从而保证机床的加工精度。用有限元分析方法对横梁进行了分析,对筋板布局进行优化验证。
The beam is one of the most important part of planogrinder. Generally, the guide rail and beam is a same casting part, the defor-mation of beam influence the precision of the guide rail. Different forms of strengthening rib layout of the beam are not same effects, the ra-tional stiffened rib layout can well reduce the deformation of beam in the process of design, so as to ensure the machining accuracy of ma-chine tool. In this paper, the finite element method analysis is carried out to calculating the optimization of stiffened rib layout verification.
