摘要
基于模态分析理论,用DH5920分析仪系统对K360A数控车床整机进行模态试验分析。用Polymax模态参数识别软件对实测的频响函数数据进行识别处理,得到了该车床的多阶振动模态参数,并采用ANASYS软件对薄弱部件进行有限元模态分析处理,得出以提高车床切削抗振能力为目标的动力学优化设计改进方案。
Based on structure modal analysis technology, When we used DH5920 analyzer,modal test analysis on CNC lathe K360 A would be made. When we used Polymax modal parameter identification soft, many order vibration modal parameter can be obtained via identifying the frequency response function of the measured data. When we used Anasys software of finite element analysis, the weak parts of the lathe could be processed, and we can get dynamic optimization design improvement plan, with which to improve lathe cutting ant-vibration ability.
