中西医结合治疗血管性痴呆的研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Vascular Dementia by Modern Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine

血管性痴呆(VD)是目前唯一可防治的痴呆性疾病,尽早的诊断与治疗可极大减缓发病率的提高。近年来,中西医结合治疗成为防止VD的新方向,从中药西药结合、针刺西药结合两方面综述了近些年在中西医结合治疗VD方面的研究进展。

Currently VD is the only available prevention dementia disease, and early diagnosis and treatment can significantly reduce the incidence.In recent years, the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine becomes a new direction for VD prevention.In this paper,two aspects of traditional Chinese medi-cine combined with western medicine and acupuncture combined with western medicine are reviewed to show the progress of combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of VD.
