冠状动脉血管内放射治疗再狭窄的研究进展 被引量:1

Advance in reducing restenosis with intracoronary radiation therapy

摘要 血管成形术已成为冠心病治疗的重要手段。术后再狭窄发生率高 ,一定程度上影响了介入治疗的中远期疗效 ,血管内放射治疗可有效地防治血管成形术后再狭窄 。 Angioplasty is an important method of treating coronary heart disease. Restenosis after successful angioplasty is the major limitation to long term treatment effect. Intvavascular radiation therapy can effectively inhibite restenosis after angioplasty. This article reviews some clinical trials in reducing restenosis with endovasascular brachy therapy.
