中国利福平耐药结核分枝杆菌株rpoB基因耐药决定区基因突变的分子特征 被引量:10

摘要 目的:明晰我国利福平耐药结核杆菌株rpoB基因突变的分子特征。方法:在Pubmed数据库中检索有关我国结核分枝杆菌rpoB基因突变研究文献,对合格文献中rpoB基因利福平耐药决定区(RRDR)基因突变位点及类型等计数资料信息进行合并。结果:54篇文献、4 149株利福平耐药结核分枝杆菌株纳入研究,93.64%检测到RRDR序列突变,共发现204种基因突变类型。其中:单位点、双位点、多位点碱基突变及碱基插入、碱基缺失、无突变的发生率分别为86.88%、6.05%、0.27%、0.21%、0.29%和6.29%;在碱基突变类型中,按突变位点统计,突变发生率的前5顺位分别为531(52.49%)、526(24.66%)、516(9.26%)、511(3.76%)和533(3.45%)。结论:结核分枝杆菌rpoB基因RRDR序列突变以单位点碱基突变为主,且主要发生在531、526、516等基因位点。
