倒班工作相关睡眠障碍的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 大多数生物都存在生物节律,人类也不例外。生物节律的影响不仅包括睡眠觉醒周期,而是体现在诸如体温、激素分泌、血压、代谢,甚至DNA的转录和翻译等多个方面。尽管生物节律是内在的,即使没有外在刺激这种节律仍然持续存在,但是外界环境刺激可以强化、减弱,甚至破坏这种节律。随着现代社会工业化程度日益加深,大量的工作岗位要求采用倒班制度,倒班制就是要求从业人员在常规工作时间之外(即16:00至次日7:00之间)参加工作的制度,这种工作节律与从业者内在的生物节律存在冲突。调查发现美国15%的工作岗位采用倒班制[1],这一数字在日本甚至高达23%[2],而我国还没有相关的调查数据。
