摘要
工会组织提高劳动者报酬比重的能力和意愿是影响提高劳动者报酬比重的重要因素。无论从理论分析还是从实践考察,我国工会组织提高劳动者报酬比重的能力和意愿都不强,因此,增强工会组织提高劳动者报酬比重的意愿和增强工会组织的谈判空间和谈判能力,能更好地丰富和发展收入分配理论,提高国民收入初次分配中劳动者报酬的比重,深化我国工会体制改革。
The ability and willingness of labor union is the key factor to raise the proportion of laborers' remuneration. However,from both theoretical and practice analysis, the ability and willingness the labor union to raise the proportion of labor' remuneration are not that strong in our country. To strengthen the willing, negotiation power of raise the proportion of laborers' remuneration are able to enrich and develop the theory of income distribution, as well as to increase the share of national income laborers remuneration in primary distribution and deepen China's trade unions system reform.
