摘要
文章运用序列DEA-Malmquist生产率指数的方法,测算了2004—2013年珠三角服务业总体及细分行业的全要素生产率、技术进步、纯技术效率与规模效率增长率,研究表明:珠三角服务业生产率变迁特征在于技术进步的增长主导着TFP的走势。文章还通过研究技术进步影响因素进一步明确影响TFP变化的因素,经过理论和实证,主要结论为近十年服务业技术进步的增长关键在于外商资本投资的驱动,但更是初始技术积累、人力资本投入、研发投入等共同作用的结果。
This paper measures growth rate of industry total factor productivity, technological progress, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency on the Pearl River Delta ＇s service industry from 2004 to 2013 by using the sequential DEA- Malmquist productivity index method. Empirical results suggest that： the productivity change＇s characteristics of Pearl River Delta＇ s service industry lie in the growth of technological progress dominates the trend of TFP. What＇s more, the article clarifies the effect of TFP change through the study on the effect of technology progress. After theoretical and empirical analysis, the revelation is that the key of technological progress＇ growth in service industry not only lies in the support originates from a good external capital investment, but also requires combination of the initial accumulation of technology, the investment of human capital,the investment of research and development.
