摘要
目的了解在铜采选过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所中职业病危害因素现场监测的方法进行综合评价。结果该项目主要存在噪声、手传振动、铜尘、矽尘、CO、H2S、CO2、NO2等。其中28.6%的噪声、全部手传振动、60.0%的矽尘超限,其余各种有毒物质均符合国家标准限值,总合格率为66.7%。结论该项目的主要职业病危害因素为矽尘和噪声,职业病危害防护措施可行、有效,超限岗位应加强个体防护。
[Objective]To find out the occupational hazards in the process of copper mining and dressing, and provide a basis for developing the protective measures. [Methods]Occupational health investigation, field surveillance of occupational hazards was adopted for comprehensive evaluation.[Results]The occupational hazards in this project were noise, hand transmitted vibration, copper dust, silica dust, CO, H2S, CO2, NO2, etc. Of which 28.6% of the noise, all hand transmitted vibration, 60.0% silica dust exceeded the standard limits, the rest of toxic substances were in line with national limits. The total qualified rate was 66.7%.[Conclusion] The main occupational hazards in the process are noise and silica dust, the protective measures against the potential occupational hazards are effective and feasible. The job post exceeding the standard limits should strengthen the personal protection.
