宫颈癌患者术后癌因性疲乏与抑郁的相关性研究

Correlation between cancer-related fatigue and depression in postoperative patients with cervical cancer

目的 调查宫颈癌（CC）患者术后癌因性疲乏（CRF）与抑郁状况,并探讨两者间的相关性。方法 选取某医院2013年6月—2014年6月收治的85例CC患者作为研究对象,采用Piper癌因性疲乏量表（CFS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）对其进行调查。结果 30~40岁患者的CFS均分为（2.96±0.99）分,41~50岁患者的CFS均分为（4.06±1.38）分,50岁以上患者CFS均分为（5.14±1.37）分,不同年龄段CC患者手术CRF程度差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;30~40岁的手术后患者SDS标准分均分为（47.16±12.40）分,41~50岁患者的均分为（57.11±14.70）分,50岁以上患者分均分为（65.41±15.52）分,不同年龄段患者SDS标准分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;CC患者手术术后CRF程度与抑郁状况严重程度具有正相关性（P〈0.01）。结论 CC患者术后易发生CRF症状以及抑郁,CRF程度越高,抑郁程度越严重。

[Objective]To investigate the status of cancer-related fatigue （CRF） and depression in postoperative patients with cervical cancer （CC）, explore their correlation.[nethods]85 cervical cancer （CC） patients who were treated from June 2013 to June 2014 were entolled in this study, and were investigated by Piper cancer related fatigue scale （CFS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）,[Results]The CFS scores in 30-40 year-old age group, 41-50 year-old age group and over 50 year-old age group were respectively （2.96±0.99）, （4.06±1.38） and （5.14±1.37）, and there was statistically significant difference in CRF degree among different age groups （P〈0.01）. The SDS scores in 30-40 year-old age group, 41-50 year-old age group and over 50 year-old age group were respectively （47.16±12.40）, （57.11±14.70） and （65.41±15.52）, and there was statistically significant difference in SDS scores among different age groups （P〈0.01）. There was a positive correlation between CRF degree and depression level in postoperative CC patients（P〈0.01 ）.[Conclusion]The patients with cervical cancer are prone to suffer from CRF symptoms and depression, and patients with more severe cancer-related fatigue have more serious depression.
