摘要
目的了解宝鸡文理学院大学生网络使用与网络成瘾行为,为制定干预措施、引导大学生建立正确的生活方式提供依据。方法对该学院17个系部共计3 458名学生采用中国青少年健康危险行为调查表进行调查。结果宝鸡文理学院大学生上网率为98.8%,上网目的依次是:浏览新闻所占比例为84.1%,查阅学习资料为79.8%,下载软件为78.9%,媒体娱乐为78.1%,其他占70.8%,聊天占68.0%,玩游戏占54.4%,参加论坛、博客、讨论组等占52.3%,收发邮件占45.6%;有11.9%的大学生具有网瘾行为,网瘾学生发生数存在性别差异,男生明显高于女生(P<0.01);年级之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宝鸡文理学院大学生网络使用与网络成瘾行为发生率较高,应针对学生年级、性别、个人特点,倡导丰富多彩生活方式,满足情感交流需要,积极进行运动干预,采取学校、家庭、社会一体化的干预方式,引导大学生建立健康网络行为。
[Objective]To understand the internet using and internet addiction behavior among students in Baoji University of Art and Sciences, provide the basis for developing the intervention measures, and guide students to establish correct lifestyle. [Methods]3458 students of 17 colleges/departments were investigated by using the Questionnaire for health risk behavior of adolescents in China. [Results]The rate of using internet in students of Baoji University of Art and Sciences was 98.8%. The purposes of using internet included browsing news (84.1%), consulting learning materials (79.8%), downloading software (78.9%), media entertainment(78.1% ), other(70.8% ), chitchat(68.0% ), playing game (54.4%), participating in the BBS, blog and forum (52.3%), and checking Email (45.6%).11.9% of students had the internet addiction behavior. The boys with intemet addiction behavior were significantly more than girls (P〈0.001), and there was no significant difference between different grades(P〉0.05 ). [Conclusion]The rates of internet using and internet addiction behavior among students in Baoji University of Art and Sciences are higher relatively. It is necessary to advocate colorful healthy lifestyle according to the students characteristics of grade, gender and individual, meet the needs of the emotional communication, actively implement exercise intervention, carry out the intervention of the school, family and social integration, and guide students to establish healthy intemet behavior.
