北京市顺义区部分涉苯企业职业卫生投入分析

Study on occupational health costs for benzene related enterprises in Shunyi District of Beijing City

目的了解北京市顺义区部分涉苯企业职业卫生投入情况。方法利用统一的调查表对企业进行问卷调查,应用Epi Data 3.0和SAS 8.1软件,使用秩和检验和相关分析进行统计学分析。结果调查的54家用人单位中,不同规模企业年职业卫生总投入存在统计学差异(P<0.01),其中小型企业分别与中型、大型企业存在统计学差异,大型企业最多;不同行业在职业病危害预防和治理费用方面存在统计学差异(P<0.05),其中印刷业和其他行业存在统计学差异,其他行业投入较多;不同经济类型企业之间年职业卫生总投入存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论顺义区大多数涉苯企业职业卫生投入水平较低,辖区内涉苯企业亟需提高职业病防治工作水平。

[Objective]To understand the occupational heahh costs for some benzene related enterprises in Shunyi District of Beijing City.[Methods]A unified questionnaire was used to conducted survey on enterprises. Epidata3.0 and SAS8.1 software was applied to perform statistical analysis of Rrank sum test and correlation analysis.[Results]Of 54 enterprises investigated, the total occupational health cost was significantly different between enterprises of different scale （P〈0.01）. Small enterprise was significantly different with medium and large enterprise, especially for large ones. Occupational disease hazard prevention and management costs were significantly different between industries （P〈0.05）. There were statistical differences between the printing industry and other industries, the costs are higher in other industries. Significant differences of total occupational health costs were also observed between enterprises of different economic type （P〈O.O1）. [Conclusion]The level of occupational health cost is relatively low in most benzene related enterprises of Sbunyi District. These enterprises need to improve the occupational disease prevention and control level.
