1950—2014年攀枝花市疟疾防治成效分析

Analysis on efficiency of malaria control in Panzhihua City from 1950-2014

目的对四川省攀枝花市疟疾防治历程进行回顾性分析,为疟疾防控提供依据。方法收集1950—2014年疟疾防治资料,对不同年代发病进行统计分析。结果攀枝花市疟疾疫情在上世纪五六十年代最为严重,1965年盐边县疟疾发病率为841.2/10万;米易县655.9/10万。经防治发病率逐步下降。到1989年该市已连续10年发病率控制在1/万以下,达到国家基本消灭疟疾的标准。2005年出现最后1例内源性疟疾病例。2000—2010年由到疟区务工人员引发138例输入性病例,2007年发病率达1.86/10万。2014年初通过省级验收,达到国家消除疟疾标准。结论攀枝花市2014年初已达到国家消除疟疾标准,但发生外来疟疾疫情的风险将持续存在。流动人口疟疾防控是工作重点,应持续开展蚊媒监测防治工作。

[Objective]To take a retrospective analysis on history of malaria control in Panzhihua City of Sichuan Province, provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of malaria. [Methods]Malaria control data from 1950 to 2014 was collected, to statistically analyze the incidence rate in different ages. [Results]The epidemic situation of malaria was the most serious in the 1 950 s and 1 960 s, while the incidence rate in Yanbian County and Miyi County was 841.2/lakh and 655.9/lakh respectively. The incidence rate decreased gradually after the prevention and control, which was controlled below 1/10 000 for the 10 consecutive years by 1989, and reached the national standard of the malaria elimination. The last case of endogenous malaria appeared in 2005. There were 138 imported cases in migrant workers in malaria area during 2000-2010, and the incidence rate reached 1.86/lakh in 2007. At the beginning of 2014, the prevention and control of malaria has passed the provincial inspection and acceptance and reached the national standard of the malaria elimination. [Conclusion]At the beginning of 2014, the prevention and control of malaria has reached the national standard of the malaria elimination in Panzhihua City, but exotic malaria will continue to exist. The malaria control should focus on floating population, and it is important to continue to carry out the surveillance and control for mosquito vectors.
