2005—2014年天津市宝坻区疑似预防接种异常反应监测结果分析

Analysis on surveillance results of suspected adverse events following immunization in Baodi District of Tianjin from 2005-2014

目的分析天津市宝坻区疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)发生特征,评价疫苗接种安全性及AEFI监测系统运行情况。方法收集2005—2014年9月宝坻区疾病预防控制中心登记在册的AEFI个案资料,从我国《疑似AEFI信息管理系统》下载宝坻区报告的AEFI信息,采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2005—2014年9月宝坻区共报告AEFI个案416例,累计报告发生率为6.61/10万剂;其中一般反应318例,占76.44%;异常反应93例,占22.36%;偶合症4例,占0.96%;心因性反应1例。无接种事故报告。结论宝坻区AEFI监测系统运转正常,所使用的疫苗安全性和预防接种服务质量良好。

[Objective]To analyze the characteristics of suspected adverse events following immunization （AEFI） cases in Baodi District of Tianjin, evaluate the safety of vaccination and operation status of AEFI monitoring system.[Methods]The data of AEFI cases registered in Baodi District Center for Disease Control and Prevention from September 2005 to September 2014, and AEFI information in Baodi District collected from China suspected AEFI information management system were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiologieal method.[Results]A total of 416 AEFI cases were reported in Baodi District from September 2005 to September 2014, and the cumulative report incidence rate was 6.61/100 000 dose. 318 （76.44%） cases were common reactions, 93 （22.36%） cases were abnormal reactions, 4 （0.96%） cases were coincidental events, and 1 case was psychogenic reaction. There was no vaccination accident.[Conclusion]AEFI surveillance system runs well in Baodi District, while the safety of vaccine and quality of vaccination service are satisfactory.
