摘要
目的了解漯河市中小学校传染病防治现状,为制定学校传染病防控措施提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,分别从市级和区县级抽取中小学校142所,根据漯河市中小学校传染病防治情况调查表对被抽中学校的传染病防治工作进行调查分析。结果在被调查的142所学校中,79.58%的学校有传染病管理和责任追究制度,74.65%的学校有学校传染病疫情报告人制度,50.70%的学校有晨检制度,47.18%的学校有因病缺课登记制度,85.92%的学校有突发公共卫生事件应急处置预案;15.84%的县级及以下小学建有食堂,部分学校未取得食堂卫生许可证;城市小学以免费提供开水为主,县及县以下小学以自带饮用水为主,城市和县级及以下中学以免费提供开水为主,部分中学提供收费开水;36.62%的学校既没有校医也没有保健老师,无学校满足《学校卫生工作条例》要求的按学生人数600∶1的比例配备专职卫生技术人员。结论漯河市各类中小学校传染病管理制度建设不够完善,学校卫生室设置和校医配备不符合国家相关法律法规要求,各学校应进一步加强学校的传染病管理工作,提高学校传染病防控能力。
[Objective]To understand the current status of infectious disease control in primary and secondary schools of Luohe City, and provide evidence for developing control measures.[nethods]The random sampling method was adopted to select 142 schools of municipal and district level for investigation of infectious disease controL[Results]Of 142 schools investigated, 79.58% had infectious diseases management and accountability system, 74.56%had infectious disease reporting system, 50.70% had morning inspection system, 47.18% had absenteeism registration system, 85.92% had public health emergency response plan. 15.84% primary school of county level and below had canteen, part of them had no canteen sanitation license. Most urban primary school provided boiled water, most primary school of county level and below only let students to bring drinking. Most secondary schools of urban and county level and below provided boiled water, some schools prived boiled water with fees. 36.62% schools had neither doctor nor care teacher, could not meet the ratio of full-time health technicians to students equaling 600:1 in "Regulations of School Health". [Conclusion]Infectious disease management system is not complete in primary and secondary schools of Luohe City. The health room setting and doctor number do not meet the national standards. It is necessary to enhance infectious disease management so as to improve infectious disease control in school.
