职业性过敏性肺炎研究进展

职业性过敏性肺炎(OHP),是指劳动者在职业活动中短时间或反复多次吸入生物性有机粉尘或特定的化学物质后所引起的以肺泡和肺间质炎症改变为主的免疫介导性肺部疾病。国内外学者对过敏性肺炎的研究报道很多,但目前仍然很难准确对其进行诊断。我国在2013年最新颁布的《职业病分类与目录》中,把其划分为其他呼吸系统疾病中的一项。2014年10月13日我国发布了最新的OHP的诊断标准,将于2015年3月1日起正式实施。作者对目前国内外OHP研究进展进行综述。

The occupational hypersensitivity pneumonitis （OHP） refers to immune-mediated lung diseases with the symptom of alveoli and lung interstitial inflammatory changing, which induced by inhaling biological organic dusts or specific chemicals in a short time or repeatedly in work. There are many research reports of OHP at home and board, but it is still hard to diagnose exactly recently. In the Classification and Catalogue of Occupational Diseases issued in 2013, the OHP is defined as a part of other respiratory system diseases. The newest diagnostic criteria of OHP was issued in October 13th of 2014, and will be put into implementation in March 1st of 2015. The authors will summarize the research progress of OHP an home and abroad.
