人工虫草多糖对阿霉素致肾病综合征大鼠的作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察人工虫草多糖对肾病综合征模型大鼠的治疗效果。方法:雄性SD大鼠尾静脉注射阿霉素,建立大鼠肾病综合征模型,分为模型组、激素组、人工虫草多糖大、小剂量组及正常对照组。连续药物灌胃21d后观察各组大鼠一般情况,检测24h尿蛋白水平,取血测定血清白蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮、肌酐。结果:与模型组比较,各药物组24h尿蛋白水平均显著降低,人工虫草多糖大及小剂量组能显著降低血清胆固醇及甘油三酯水平,提高血清白蛋白水平。结论:人工虫草多糖能改善阿霉素肾病大鼠生存质量,减轻尿蛋白丢失,提高白蛋白水平,降低胆固醇及甘油三酯水平,并有一定量效关系。 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of cordyceps polysaccharide on rat model of nephrotic syndrome induced by adriamycin. Methods: Rat models of nephritic syndrome were established by tail intravenous of adriamycin; model rats were randomly divided into the following groups: the model group, the glucocorticoid group, the cordyceps polysaccharide group of high dose, the cordyceps polysaccharide group of low dose. Intragastric administration was performed continually for 21 days. 24 h urinary protein of all rats was determined at the 21 st day. Then all animals were sacrificed to measured serum albumin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine. Results: Compared with the model group, 24 h urinary protein levels in three treated groups were significantly decreased; the levels of serum total cholesterol and triglycerin in two cordyceps polysaccharide groups were obviously lower than those in the model group; and the levels of serum albumin were significantly more increased than model group. Conclusion: Cordyceps polysaccharide is effective in the treatment of chronic kidney disease in rat induced by adriamycin, decreased the contents of 24-hour urinary protein and serum lipid level, increased serum albumin level, and had dose-effect relationship.
