周围性面瘫早期针灸配合穴位注射24例疗效观察

Treating 24 cases of peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture and acupoint injection

目的:探讨针灸配合穴位注射治疗周围性面瘫早期的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1-8月就诊的24例周围性面瘫早期患者为研究对象,采用针灸配合穴位注射的方法进行治疗,分析其临床疗效。结果:24例患者行针灸配合穴位注射治疗后,痊愈20例(83.3%),有效4例(16.7%),总有效率为100.0%。结论:周围性面瘫早期实施针灸配合穴位注射治疗可以有效改善患者局部血液微循环,纠正患者面神经缺氧、缺血的病理因素,促进神经水肿的吸收和消退,同时,针灸可直接刺激面神经,提高面神经的兴奋度,改善神经抑制状态,有利于面神经快速恢复。

Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus acupoint injection on peripheral facial paralysis early. Methods： 24 peripheral facial paralysis patients received acupuncture plus acupoint injection. Results： 24 patient, cured 20 cases（83.3%）, effective 4 cases（16.7%）, the total efficiency was 100.0%. Conclusion： The peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture plus acupoint injection can effectively improve blood circulation, correct facial nerve hypoxia, pathological factors ischemia, promote nerve edema absorption and subsided, while acupuncture can directly stimulate the facial nerve, improve excitement facial nerve, improve nerve inhibition state.
