补心通络汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型劳累性心绞痛的临床研究

The Buxin Tongluo decoction for stable coronary heart disease

目的:对补心通络汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型劳累性心绞痛的临床疗效进行观察研究。方法:选取2013年5月-2014年5月本院接诊的164例冠心病稳定型劳累性心绞痛患者作为研究对象,依据不同的治疗方法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各82例,对照组仅予以西医治疗,观察组患者予以补心通络汤联合西医治疗,观察并比较两组患者心绞痛发作情况、心电图变化以及治疗前后硝酸甘油用量变化。结果:经治疗后,观察组心绞痛疗效总有效率为95.1%,明显高于对照组(85.4%),且心电图疗效总有效率(78.0%)明显高于对照组(63.4%),组间比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;在治疗前,两组患者硝酸甘油用量对比无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后,虽患者仍需使用硝酸甘油,但各组使用量明显减少,且观察组经治疗后,硝酸甘油用量明显少于对照组,两组差异比较显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:补心通络汤联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型劳累性心绞痛患者疗效确切,可有效缓解患者心绞痛,具有积极的临床推广使用价值。

Objective： The Buxin Tongluo decoction for CHD angina pectoris were studied. Methods： 164 cases of CHD angina pectoris patients as the research object were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 82 cases in each group, control group treated only by western medicine treatment： the patients in the observation group took the Tongluo decoction more. Results： After the treatment,the curative efficiency was 95.1%, significantly higher than that in the control group（85.4%）, and total efficiency of electrocardiogram（ECG）（78%） was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Buxin Tongluo decoction plus western medicine for CHD angina pectoris patients can effectively alleviate angina pectoris, with positive clinical application value.
